The ticketing system is different from previous years.

Whatever age group you fall into, there is an all weekend ticket for strolling around the various venues from midday Friday to late Sunday. Once you have the weekend ticket, then you have priority on an option to upgrade your weekend tickets for the special concerts on the Friday and Sunday and on the Saturday Night Messin' Around Club Night, for a price to be confirmed on the announcement of the headline acts. As there are only 350-400 tickets each night for the special concerts, purchase of tickets is limited to weekend ticket holders on a first come first served priority basis. Sorry but the Saturday Night Club is not open to anyone under the age of 18yrs and none of the late night special concerts are suitable for the under 12s.

Under 12s are welcome in all the stroller venues if accompanied by their responsible adult and they enter FREE but you must register them by adding the £zero Under 12s ticket to your cart and purchase. 

All tickets can be purchased from our on-line box office without booking fees or commissions - so all you pay if you 'add to cart' and 'buy now' is the face value of the tickets themselves plus the cost of a stamp.

We believe we have contacted everyone affected by the latest news in reference to the April 2010 festival but if you have not recieved either our letters or emails, please do email us or write to us directly and make sure we haven't missed you. This message relates only to people who paid for tickets, not to those who had complimentaries.

Terms and conditions: Whilst tickets may be handled through a third party box office, your contract of purchase is with Isle of Wight Jazz Festival Limited, company number 5829638 registered in the UK. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organisers for reasons within their control and even then only within one month following the event dates shown. No third party booking fees or commissions will be refunded by Isle of Wight Jazz Festival Ltd. By booking with credit card, your consumer credit protection rights associated with any of these is subject to these organisations and not to the event organisers or any party associated with them. Tickets are valid for the dates shown and enable access to all stage venues for acts programmed officially by the event organisers. Please be aware that entry at any one time to each stage venue is restricted by the fire regulations governing each location and therefore, if that stage venue is full on arrival you must wait until someone vacates a space or you can move onto another stage to view another act at that time. Young people attending who are below the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult and that responsible adult may have no more than 4 young charges with them. The festival is subject to all relevant licensing laws and therefore please expect young people to be challenged for age ID if required to do so by the bar staff or security and organisers. We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs and underage drinking and any offenders will be dealt with by security in accordance with the law and local police policy. We also request that no food or drink be brought into the festival venues so if you are carrying such, please co-operate with our security team who will hold your goods until collected on exit for consumption off the premises. We and our security teams operate to ensure a peaceful, safe, lawful environment for the full enjoyment of all visitors to our event so please understand if there are some measures that they are required to take in order to achieve this.
